Returns & Exchanges Policy
All items are final sale. When you place your order your items are produced just for you, so please double check your selections, sizing, and shipping information before finalizing your order.
If there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues, and such, we can offer a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Cancelling your order
Your order will be sent to production 24 hours after it has been placed. You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Orders that have been sent to production cannot be cancelled.
Cancel your order from the order status (thank you) page, shown after checkout or when you click "view order" in your order confirmation email.
Shipping Information
All of our products are printed and shipped directly from our printers in Ontario, Canada. We’re able to ship to Canada, US, and international destinations.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and you pay the actual shipping cost - we don’t add any additional handling fees. We’ve sourced the most affordable shipping rates we can for you.
Shipping discounts are applied for purchasing multiple products from the same product groups in the table below. We apologize that shipping discounts are not available when combining items from different product groups at this time, as they are produced by and shipped from different printers.
Shipping is calculated in US dollars then converted to CAD in your cart, so shipping costs will fluctuate depending on the exchange rate.
The table below shows sample shipping rates based on an exchange rate of 1.28. Actual shipping charges will vary.

Production and Shipping time
Once you place your order it will be sent to our printers within 24 hours. Our printers will then produce your product. Average production time is typically 2-5 business days but may vary. Once your products are created they will be shipped.
Shipping times below are an estimate and may be impacted by weather, COVID, and other external factors creating postal delays. If you’re ordering for an event or a particular holiday please keep production and shipping time in mind and order well in advance.
