A model for Community-based Hepatitis C Education and Treatment in Rural Manitoba Toolkit, 2024
This toolkit is for community-based organizations and healthcare providers who work with individuals who are living with hepatitis C in rural and remote areas of Manitoba, where access to treatment may be challenging or unavailable.
If you’ve ever tried to get treatment for hep C yourself or tried to help others access treatment you know how challenging this can be, particularly outside of Winnipeg! This toolkit was developed based on what we learned and the systematic changes we facilitated through our hep C Pilot project in Swan River in 2024.
