Manitoba Harm Reduction Conference 2026

Greetings! The Manitoba Harm Reduction Network (MHRN) is pleased to invite you to Winnipeg for the 2026 Manitoba Harm Reduction Conference. 

The conference is a three-day event that will feature speakers from throughout Manitoba and Canada as they share on a variety of topics related to harm reduction and sexual health, including Indigenous harm reduction, substance use and harm reduction, youth and harm reduction, housing, STBB’s and rural and remote dynamics.

The conference aims to inspire community to enhance access to harm reduction services across Manitoba, particularly in rural, remote, northern, and indigenous communities. This goal is pursued through a strong focus on indigenous knowledge, anti-opression, and addressing the root causes of harms linked to substance use.
